Should be easy but it’s not

Downloaded this, as the app, features, content and ui looks great! Installed it, and could not get anything to work. Logs just say cannot write to buffer. Online support is not good only gives the basics. I cannot edit my account profile and it’s stuck on my phone number because that is what it prompted me for on registration. Couldn’t get it to work at all :(. Every link opens email. So I said ok maybe it’s the trial software, so after I paid 5.99$ for 3 months service, it’s still not working. I can’t see where to enter a license code of purchase, even though the purchase order is recorded and shown in my accout. Good principals in the app, it’s just too bad I can’t get it to work right away. I have an Android loaded with RAM, and have no problem with other recording apps.
