Sign up flow is an absolute disaster. I wasted 20 minutes of my nice vacation trying to receive a verification SMS, when it was the app’s fault all along. 0/5 stars.
App won’t let you create account. Only one person on the phone with no customer service. Call a taxi or walk or use any other scooter app. Absolutely waste of time.
Horrible app…will not even allow for account verification. Takes all personal info, accepts ph#, email , and name (everything they need to spam you) but will not allow creation of account and usage. Get Byrd, Lime, or Link instead and save yourself the headache!
Honestly? Worst micro mobility app that I’ve ever used. Ridiculously horrible sign up process, buggy, and their phone stand didn’t even hold my phone properly. My Android 11 Pro fell out of the holder in the middle of the ride and I smashed the entire screen. For your own sake, don’t use this app - you’re better off walking than using this garbage.
