Yeah, I hate this app. I was a previous StudyBlue user. I loved the app. But ever since Chegg bought Studyblue, all my flashcards from Studyblue got all messed up. I have to look the flash cards instead of just looking it up on my folders.
The app isprettpretty good. However, Chegg has yet to add a catergory option thus making it very difficult to organize various subjects. It’s been nearly 2 yrs since this newer Chegg version has launched. Where is the Mobile version for this app? P
When the app was originally developed you did not need an internet connection to use the app, however since the update a couple years ago you are now required to be connected to the internet, otherwise the app will sign you out rendering it useless. I reached out to the developers over a year ago to discuss my concerns but nothing has been done to correct the issue. I am hoping this honest review will bring about a positive change.
The flashcard app glitches, causing along with it duplicate and/or deleted cards, and customer service is unresponsive. Save yourself from the headache, create flashcards through more reliable services such as Microsoft Power Point and Google Slides
One thing that can improve Clegg Flashcards is to keep track of the incorrect answers and allow us to repeat the flashcards, but only doing the incorrect answers.
