App keeps crashing, book font not customizable making me have to zoom. I should of just paid a dollar more to Amazon kindle for the book. I see you all have 3 different apps, can you fix the most basic functioning app of usability to read books I purchased on this app. Instead of constantly pushing free trial for me to buying into your study solutions app.
I use Chegg for school and have a textbook I downloaded but have been having issues highlighting on the app. I have also been running into an error page but it doesn’t let you refresh so you have to basically close the app and reopen it but it loses your spot. So frustrating.
When reading the app will shut down several times and say oh something went wrong and I have to reset the app! It very frustrating. In addition when I zoom in I cannot zoom out unless I close the app and reopen it. The sensitivity of the pages needs correcting, when trying to highlight I think I’m going to another page. or if I try to tap something and again thinks I’m going to another page, and will flip the page. Also there should be the ability for settings for color background for font size for continuous scrolling or if you want page training. The app needs more options to be fully functional and capable to read an online book.
Constantly crashes and pages don’t format correctly. Wasting too much of my time. Probably will just rent from Amazon in the future. I mean, it’s an book reading app?! Why so many problems?!
The app keeps crashing (it’s updated), highlighting/notes are impossible when it selects the entire page every time I click one word, it cuts off the edge of paragraphs. Won’t use this source again. (Using an up-to-date Mobile Pro and up-to-date Android.)
