This was my first time using a luggage/baggage storage facility and I am thrilled with the result. When I showed up the owner was already ready and waiting for me. She had her tablet in hand to scan the QR code and knew exactly how many pieces of luggage I was bringing in. I explained that two particular bags had sensitive items in them and that it was critical nothing happened to them. She eased all of my fears, even stating I could come check on the items as much as I wanted, but she placed them in a concealed location to the public (but still within her eyesight at all times). She placed tags on each bag and gave me the matching pickup tag. If you are ever in Athens Greece and need a safe, secure place to store your baggage do not hesitate to use them! I am thrilled with the results and know you will be as well!!!

It was very easy to drop our luggage off at the deli. It was quick and easy, same with picking up the luggage.

Our flight arrived just in time to drop our bags with Bounce and head to the game at Fenway. Easy to schedule, drop off and pick up!

After researching and finding Bounce, I was able to store my luggage early in the morning after disembarking from the cruise ship. Chose this location because it was close to the Space Needle, one of the activities I did while spending the day waiting to check in to my hotel. The staff was friendly and took care of me right away. It was very simple to return and retrieve my luggage later in the day.
