Edulog Parent Portal Lite for Android

I haven’t been receiving alert notifications for months now. Apparently many people are having this issue! The app also often seems to not have any idea where I’m located and will show my location in the UK and obviously prevents me from tracking the buses. Also will have NO buses showing sometimes. Very frustrating.

Please fix the app so I can track the substitute bus along its route!! The app works like it’s supposed to as long as the bus that normally picks up your child is running that day. This app no longer tracks substitute buses like it used to. I’ll even receive alerts that my child’s bus has been substituted for another bus but won’t be able to track the new bus until it enters the alert radius.

Push notification stopped working again after I updated to iOS 16.1.

I’ve had an overall good experience with this app however, it certainly does have some issues. Not sure when, but my push notifications have stopped working for my alert zones. I also noticed this morning, my kids almost missed the bus. The bus was 30 minutes behind on the map. I like know where my kids are and approximate what time they’ll be home. Overall, I know it has issues but I’m happy to have it. Just wish I got the push notifications. That really helps.

This app doesn’t work half the time for one bus but for the other it will work just fine
