Please fix the app so I can track the substitute bus along its route!! The app works like it’s supposed to as long as the bus that normally picks up your child is running that day. This app no longer tracks substitute buses like it used to. I’ll even receive alerts that my child’s bus has been substituted for another bus but won’t be able to track the new bus until it enters the alert radius.

Half the time it doesnt work & we have no idea when the bus is coming. It’s either 10 minutes early or 10 minutes late. With winter here & cold mornings, this is really frustrating! The app is definitely sub par and not helpful. Our bussing company is also subpar & lacking….

So, initially, I was very excited that they had an app for transportation. Now, after using it for about one year. It always glitches, it updates me on different routes for my kids, and like stated before we are not even on that route!! That is not safe, and there is no communication. Also, the app always, and I do mean always logs me out. Says my kids are on a different bus route!! I think if it had a better grasps on all the glitches, then it may be a smoother process for myself and other parents. Now I do know, this app is pretty new but at the same time, to me is all about safety and some of these areas are not safe. Especially when you have students standing at the bus stop and scared that they are being left, because the information from this app is incorrect.

I genuinely hate this app. It’s the worst app I have ever used. And to be an app that parents are supposed to use for their children is crazy that there wasn’t more effort put into this. Sometimes the app won’t update the location of the bus until its too late. Sometimes won’t show any of my children. It’s truly terrible.

It’s just a bus schedule. That’s it. It tells you when the bus is supposed to show up and when it’s supposed to arrive, which is the just the default information plugged in from the schools website. The GPS service to track your child’s bus is “not available” and there isn’t any real-time data pertaining to your bus. Even if the bus physically doesn’t show up, the app still says it’s on time. So what’s the point?
