Roadie Driver for Android

Every submitted request was rejected, can’t get any support to find out why I have 3 vehicles ranging from a hatchback to a cargo van and can’t get work. I left my job thinking I could add this gig app into something else.

I’ve been using Roadie for a few months now but I’ve noticed either a couple bugs or bad protocols. 1. When I get accepted for multi-location pick ups, I will get notifications that I have not accepted and clicked “Start Gig” on the others, in which if I don’t do so, I will get removed from the gig and get rated 1-star for “inactivity”. All this while I am working on the first or second deliveries, so this is for all the other gigs I have not gotten to yet. All gigs are automatically routed though (which implies the gig had been accepted and “started”) so there’s no way anyone could possibly click “Start Gig” to get rid of these stupid messages. I’ve lost multiple gigs and therefore lost getting paid too, due to this. The last gigs end up getting removed and someone else gets them. The app doesn’t pay much to begin with, especially with gas being so high right now. The average earning right now is $14-16/hr and losing gigs like this doesn’t help. 2. I no longer get notified when there’s local gigs in my area. I have to jump into the app to see.

I started my profile under 1 star and am not able to get accepted for jobs. After calling support they tell me that on their side they have messed up and will not give me a number or email to contact. The reoccurring words are “ they will contact you later” how is that supposed to help me? Worst delivery service out there!

Everything is great when the delivery’s go well, the problem lies when there is an issue. I’ve been literally locked into a delivery that was cancelled by the customer for over two hours now It will not let me cancel it myself and customer support is suppose to be cancelling it. Meanwhile I cannot bid in any other gigs and I have to wait until they figure it out on roadies end. I hope there are not a lot of drivers depending on this app and work to out food on their tables because I would be going hungry today as I wait around to be able to use the app again. Please fix the app so drivers have more access and capabilities.

They always take the customers side and deactivate accounts instantly when customers complain they don’t hear both side of the story or investigate and leave you waiting for a long time for orders just to give it to someone else very unprofessional
