The chair at work remote broke and they won’t replace it. You didn’t have to have an app but you do. Thank you!
App used to work really well and I preferred it over the hard wired remote that comes with it. After the latest IOS update it no longer works. As expensive as the chair is I am extremely disappointed that I cannot have an app that works
It would be nice if the app can store user specified message sequence and settings.
I was excited to learn that the new novo xt2 would allow phone control. The controls on current chairs are touch screen and are essentially unusable by a blind people. The new xt2 app is unfortunately not too much better. I can find all of the controls and the interface seems pretty simple but none of the buttons are labeled which means I can’t tell what they do. It is a pretty easy task to label your buttons in iOS so it is disappointing that the app developers did not do this.
Hands down the best chair on the market. -Also love this app! It is very intuitive. Thanks!
