If only the popular ride share apps were as clean and easy. We are in Beaver Creek for a holiday week trip and so far the Village Connect app has been fantastic. Keep up the great work!
Here’s the problem. If you request a ride and miss it, the app assumes you are on the bus and won’t let you request another ride until the bus you missed arrives at its destination. Even if you crash the app. It made me so late. Plus the buses that arrive sometimes say Employees Only and the drivers won’t call out for the non-employee riders. It’s confusing. There is no option to call for a ride as of 2021-22 season. There is just a VM that refers you to the app.
The app works as expected and we had no issues with wait times in Beaver Creek. The arrival notifications were spot on and should be paid closer attention by the users. Bus number, driver name were always provided. Drivers are courteous and routes seemed planned out efficiently. Thank you
