Customer service

The teachers I have had, have been wonderful. Both of my teachers have put in a lot of time and effort to tailor a program to fit my needs and level of knowledge. I can not stress this enough and I so impressed with their level of commitment, to teaching me the languages of my choice. The problem is the billing system and the lack of access to control the billing and scheduling. Customer service reps reply in what appears to be pat answers. Unable to help and direct you to the screen in the site that would be of help. I was waiting for the standard “do you want fries with that”. A poorly designed site, if I am being generous or one to trap you in to over billing, if I am not being kind. If you can deal with that kind of problem, the teachers I have had are great.

Coupon

Preply offered me a coupon. It was the reason i decided to try the service. I went to apply it and it wouldnt work, but charged me. I contacted customer service and they wouldnt honor the coupon. Kind of feel taken advantage of.

Great way to learn a new language

I have used all of the language apps out there and I love this one. My teacher is a teacher and he is highly organized and efficient with our time. He started me as a beginner with the alphabet and already I am understanding not only the structure and word parts of Turkish but also learning a lot about English as well. I have a trip to Turkey planned for spring 2023.
