I have used this app recently for a family trip. We were splitting our expenses between 4 families. Grotu made this really easy and simplified for all of us. After the expenses were divided it gave us an option of paying each other through PayPal. It’s a very user friendly app. I would definitely recommend it.
This is the single most annoying app

No need to link spreadsheets to group chat for expense splitting or potluck items list! No need of finding RSVP for your event in chat apps buried among thousands of forwarded messages! No need to hand out multiple credit cards to split a lunch bill with friends!
I and my family plan group events almost every week. We all had a nightmare stating from planning, survey, splitting expense, and communicating among ourselves focusing around the event.
