Still immature

We started using it. Massive amounts of emails sent to your inbox and no way to control it (this actually might be a GDPR concern). Their App doesn’t support notification (something most Apps support about 15 hrs ago). For a young company you’d think they’d get these basics right first.

Needs to be updated for IPads

I’m sure this app is great just like their website is, but the app really needs to be updated to also be compatible with iPads instead of forcing all users into the iOS format. Please?

Ratings dont save

Half the time the ratings dont save on candidates, and I have to go back into their profile and re-review their application sometimes several times until it actually saves

Good Hiring App

We have been BambooHR customers for 2 years. The ATS, albeit somewhat manual, has a slick overall flow and a very functional hiring app. It is easy to review resumes and collaborate with the management team. I wish that I could text from within the app which could be recorded in the ATS. I have submitted a prod dev request but to no avail. Currently, texting must be done from my cell phone. Over the last 2 years, BambooHR has made some neat updates. But, the hiring app has essentially remained the same during this time.

Needs Email Inbox

Need Openings | Candidates | Messages There needs to be a Messages center where active in/out/New messages can quickly be seen, read, and replied. Everything else is great. Just need easier facility to communicate and manage communications.
