The app is terrible. The website is terrible. It doesn’t seem to have any support from the developer. Last update was 2 years ago? Tracking activities is way to convoluted. It is not user friendly at all. If I didn’t know better, I would think it was made difficult on purpose.
It’s been glitchy for awhile, then last 3 weeks wouldn’t sync with my watch, this week I can’t enter manual activity. This is incredibly frustrating as it’s such a great motivator when it works. I’ve called and emailed and have not received follow up from Cigna.
Error message that an earlier reviewer noted (uh-oh something went wrong) on Aug 10th is still not fixed. Will not let me log my progress for weekly challenges. Didn’t save my progress last week. Makes it impossible to get financial incentives offered through employer. Cigna, PLEASE provide an update for Google devices!!
This is a great idea. Definitely a good motivator for healthy lifestyle choices. However it does not always function properly. The app has not synced with my health app in the last 2 weeks and I cannot always enter things manually. If this were fixed it would be perfect.
When it works, it’s great. But soooo many times, it doesn’t!😡. I try to manually enter my activities and I get “Uh-oh. Something went wrong. Sorry about that.” I’ve been a Cigna customer for many years. All of my colleagues are frustrated too. Please fix this ASAP. If it’s not working, I’m actually losing $ because I can’t get reimbursed for my exercise 😡
