Cigna should look at fixing this important app. Very frustrating the way it is loading and time to pull the details.

User experience is abysmal, figure it out.

Frustrated

This app has been a time consuming waste. Poorly designed. Confusing at times. Sometimes simply doesn’t work. I have little doubt that due to frustration with the app I ended not submitting certain covered items. It’s like Cigna designed an app because they had to not because they wanted to.

Barely functional, shameful

While this app does provide some basic functionality such as “filing a claim online”, the user experience is very bad, everything has to be done manually (and repeated, since the app doesn’t ‘remember’ or ‘learn’). That a major insurer would have such an app in 2021 is shameful.
