Excruciatingly slow to download. Tried twice, never completes
I like the overall navigation. Sometimes it’s a bit jittery. The biggest feature loss was the ability to add your ID Card to your Apple Wallet.
App doesn’t recognize log in info. It’s correct bc I can use the same exact info online on my desktop, laptop and even safari on my phone. It tells me the info doesn’t match and gives me a 1800 number to call. I had to get physical cards mailed to me to have on hand bc the app leaves me stranded every time I need something or a copy of my cards.
You would think by now that the ID could be loaded into the Apple Wallet. Also, login process is full of problems.
Try to access anything and it will send you to the website. Telemedicine is a joke. You see what you should click but it is out of the screen. With a phone or IPad it does not work. You need to go the the website. Only thing that works is shows your ID cards.
