Not able to get past sms screen to use the app. Tried multiple times.

mediocre app and service

Have repeatedly tried to use it in Ibiza. takes forever to connect , provides no information about process , and multiple drivers cancelled after confirming.

Never got SMS code

I entered my number correctly (US Number) and never got my SMS code. With other app I never got my email confirmation.

Despite numerous attempts, I was not able to use this app. Whenever I post my US Android number (and I did put in the +1 prefix) I have never received the sms code. I tried to contact support, but no response.

App bricks on onboarding..

App gets stuck on SMS verification. Tried with both my personal and business numbers along with a friends. Never received any confirmation codes so the app bricks. You can’t change the number after submitting after. It requires a full app deletion and app reinstall to work.
