I've struggled with being able to focus as long as I can remember, it didn't become a real issue until college and then trying to work on a computer all day (construction jobs as a teenager posed different challenges obviously). In an age where medication seems to be the only way out for many, I've found that you need something to help you alter your behavior to really make a change for good. That's where this app comes in. Actually staying focused all day is mentally taxing hence the science behind the pomodoro. This is a great tool to help you not burn out but also flex the mental focus muscles and develop habits to channel your ADHD. As for the UI: you can sync your data across practially any platform with the paid version. A really underrated feature is being able to track time spent on projects/tasks.

Hands Down the best pomodoro app

I've tried a few different apps, but this app has by far exceeded my expections and it's just my second day using it. I can use on my Mobile or computer to keep me on task, I can make subtasks and break down my work even further, I can easily and clearly track my time. The only thing that would make this better is IF they partnered with ClickUp to be able to seemlessly track time through their app so I don't have to have them both open all day, everyday along with my design programs. :P In my opinion, worth the money!
