Dear app user, Pls. Do not use this app or go to this place ! we where having so much trouble and the lady who worked their just watched us. She did not even help. App is slow and buggy

I use it everyday and often have to reinstall as the app will just freeze. Other people I work with also experienced similar problems. Awesome concept and appreciate the bikes my employer provides but the app needs some work.

This app just keeps spinning on “connecting” every time we try to scan a QR code.

App less than what it could be

Spent more time trying to get the app to work then we did actual riding the bike. Finally had to give up and the property manager had to use her app to unlock the Bike. No explanation for why it wouldn’t work on my phone nor my wife’s….
