This app has been down and non functional for some time. Please don’t waste your time with it see other reviews

The worst airline app I’ve ever used. Not user-friendly. You have to try to open it multiple times or use a pc/Android (website) to access your account, and I don’t even know anymore which one works. Very poor interface design. My confirmed flight schedule was changed twice (inbound and outbound), and which caused me a great deal rearranging my itinerary. The plane seats are terrible - with worn-out cushions, and they don’t follow zones even if you purchased a premium seat. The only consolation was the flight attendants, who were super friendly and accommodating during my six different flights.

Ive been trying to login to the app for a while and it just spins. I go back and it says having issues please refresh. I do that three times or so and it goes to blank page

Can’t even get past the first load screen. Fix the app. People are trying to use it to give you business. Losing business because the app doesn’t work correctly is just foolish.

The app does not work on my Android x. All I see when starting the app is: “Sorry, we’re having trouble loading page”. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.
