I had to reinstall the app and lost the 30 day pass I had spent $50 on a week ago even though I only have one account. This absolutely needs to be fixed, including a reissuance of my 30 day pass.
The Lynx paw pass app is a really good technology to get a bus pass instead of buying it at the bus station in downtown Orlando but also it can be draining ur battery when u are showing the brightness on other people’s devices but some times a logs u out for no reason and will have to log back in to the app to stay open
This is such a useless app. You can’t add your card info onto the app to purchase a pass (no matter how many times you try). When you buy a pass on the website, there is no way for you to use link the link as to the app, even if you sign in. The entire process is defective.
I used the bus everyday and at first this app was wonderful and convenient, but now there has been issues loading, denying my request to use the ticket I have already purchased and good luck trying to get someone from costumer service, so carry cash always.
Communication on this app needs to be batter. When there is a change in a route or a schedule or even a bus number they should send a message on the app to let us know. There was a change made to the bus I take which is bus 50. I had no clue where to go I didn’t see any signs up on the bus or at any bus stops, the intercom on the bus didn’t say anything about updates, bus driver didn’t even say anything. I went from taking two buses to having to take three buses to and from work. One from Kissimmee (56) to Magic kingdom from there to Disney spring (300-312)and from there Sea World (350). This is just horrible the communication should have been posted long before the changes were made via message on the app, on the buses or the intercom on the bus. Let alone the app doesn’t even show the “New” buses I’m supposed to take. I have a weekly pass so I have to type in my bus numbers and non of them show up NOT 312 NOT 350 Not 300. I’ve been late to work everyday since these changes.
