This app is broken in a number of ways

Setting aside the generally terrible service of Xfinity and the abismal tech support this app in particular is unusable. I am receiving frequent notifications that I can view my bill in this app and yet the card with my bill is not visible. The automated assistant is unusable because the keyboard is not programmed to go away and still leave the text visible so I can’t ever see what the responses are to my messages. And the ability to view modem status works about 40% of the time. All in all I don’t love Xfinity but this app is particularly bad.

This app literally does not work

I have had to call xfinity 3 times now within less than a year because either their app is not working or they have disconnected my internet services even though I have NEVER requested that. Truly an awful company who even when I call to inform them that their app does not work, they haven’t fixed anything about it. I’m unable to access anything, it says I am not authorized even though I literally own the account. Horrendous.
