I want to use it, I really really want to use it as much as possible but due to a poor development everything in this app is soooo slow I can’t stand it. Even on the latest iOS it barely moves.
I bought this app a few months ago, and I was so happy with it, that I raved about it to my Rabbi. Since the update, it will not load and said that my purchase failed huh?!? I already bought it, please fix so I can give it the 5 stars it deserves. Thanks *****UPDATE***** Fast forward to now. Now it won’t load at all. I sent an email to the developers a few days ago about the issue and haven't heard anything. I would like to either (a) have the issue fixed or (b)get a refund for this and the Artscroll Library I purchased as well. App just doesn’t work. Very slow in loading and you can’t look things up well. If they fix this app, it could have a lot of potential but it’s not usable in its current state.
