Adding my voice to the chorus: after the latest series of updates at the end of June, the app crashes immediately upon opening. I’m unable to access any of my content, and it’s getting to be an annoyance.
I have been happy with this app for a long time, but it is frozen. I tried to delete it and reload it, but it opens again frozen. I tried contacting App Support—nothing. After answering questions on two screens, I was asked if I needed help with Amazon purchases (not even book purchases). No way to talk to anyone at Amazon.
My purchases no longer show up in the app (even in the cloud). The only way to get a book is to use a web browser go to Amazon’s manage digital content and download it to your device from there. In addition, I can longer find any books that I’m looking for since they dumped all my digital comics into the app. Thanks a lot Jeffy; you’ve ruined 2 apps for me.
IT DOES NOT EVEN LET YOU READ THE BOOK!!!!!!JUST VEIW IT! AND YOU CANT DOWNLOAD THE BOOK ON AMAZON!!! SO MAD BECAUSE MY BOOK ENDED OFF ON A HUGE CLIFFHANGER AND I REALLY WANTED TO READ IT SOO MAD
