Recommend search by name. You have to know the AlarmNet account number by heart to look anything up. Recommend larger letters. Not everyone is 25 yrs old. Recommend Touch or Face recognition to open. It’s a pain to sign in plus it’s insecure to keep it signed in. Thank you.
It appears it only works on Lyric panels I’ve installed. Doesn’t work with other communicators such as the LTE-XV or LTE-IV for Vista panels.
Thank you for the app. Just to let you know sensor status shows as a small strip at the top of the screen. Otherwise, I haven’t a problem with it. Great tool.
-You can’t see your existing account base as a list -You need the City Code And CS ID which doesn’t match Central Station Acct# -or you need the Android ID where I can only find onsite or by logging into the website at which point why have an app? How many years will it take to get this fixed?
To put it lightly
