A contractor accidentally cut my wire and I couldn’t set my alarm … I called Guardian right away and after being on hold for over 30 min, I was told that the next available service was in 3 days. I told her that I could not set my alarm and she stated “yeah that’s tough” I now am actively shopping for a new company for both of my locations. Totally unacceptable!!
App and server are slow and inconsistent , have Vivint in another home, much better system than Resideo same cost, had to use Resideo to save old but reliable Honeywell devices.
Hate this app!!! App doesn’t work often and I have to trigger motion detector to get to alarm panel downstairs. Been trying to disable alarm to go downstairs but being held hostage as I don’t want to set off alarm as it will bother the neighbors once again. Horrible app!
