Constantly Signs Me Out

App is fine when it works, but every other day I open the app and a message says “too many sign in attempts”. The app signs me out and then becomes non-responsive. I have to force quit the app to get the sign in prompt back, sign in, then it works again for a day or two. Really annoying.

Terrible porting to new app

I have tried for days to get my t5 to move over to the new app. The app gets to a point where it won’t move forward or it basically just tells me that it is assigned to another app. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling and resetting the thermostat to factory and starting fresh. It is pretty much a huge nightmare. I give up for now. I think it should not take several hours over several days to set something up that took me 5 minutes max on the Honeywell app. For now I will just use HomeKit to control it, it is stunning how bad an experience this has been.

Fails constantly

Amazing how it constantly will NOT save settings. Set fan to recirculate. Come back in an hour or a day and it’s back on Auto. Open app and it can take 30 seconds or more to read from thermostats. Runtime is always 3-4 days behind. Why? The thermostats are right here in my house, on my network, why can’t it know runtime up to the very latest minute? Weather for my city is NEVER correct, off by 10 degrees or more most of the time. I went to the trouble of setting a schedule on one of my two thermostats only to have it revert back to sleep settings, lost the whole hourly schedule I spent many minutes setting up. Finally had to turn off the Geofence as it always thought I was away from home when all my devices were home ALL day. Bought two additional smart room sensors and tried to set priority on one room and everyday it flips back to the other room. Amazing, seriously, how it can be so worthless. Previously had Lennox and wish I still did.
