Out of service area?!!?

I’ve used this service 10 times in the 3 months I’ve been without a vehicle to get to work an suddenly today I’m out of the service area?!!? Plus, they’re SOOO much pricier than Lyft or Uber. Save your money.

Unreliable

I booked a taxi, waited 15 minutes and it was cancelled. When I called in after waiting another 5 minutes I was told simply “I had to cancel your order because I have people ahead of you” I asked if id have to resubmit a request and she replied “yes but ill have to cancel it to but feel free to put in your queue.”

Do you take minors

I’m 14 and my parents are always at work and I want to get out of the house they said I could take Uber if I pay for it but turns out Uber doesn’t take minors so do you pick up minors?
