App won’t allow me to log in after buying subscription. Emailed customer service about 10 times and never had a response. Trying to get money back as this is a waste of a app as it doesn’t even work for me
Will not open the screen just turns black. I have restarted it and tried every trick in the book but it won’t open.
I just purchased this app last week. It is telling me that my subscription is expired but I just purchased a whole year!! The contact spot on the app will not let me actually contact anyone. Really disappointed I can’t use the app the way I should be able to. I ended up finding an email and sent one so will see if this gets corrected I have two devices I want this to work for as well so waiting to see if they will sync.
The main one is when you go to add an assignment and add the course the app crashes. And no support with this. No answers back from emails. I would recommend going with a different app.
I paid for the subscription and it worked well for my first semester but I just tried to add in my assignments for the new semester and it kept kicking me out and deleting me assignments and now has signed me out and won’t let me sign back in it just keeps coming up saying server error
