i am student and i've buy StatsWidget Plus. Of all the apps, utilities, and programs I have ever used, this one takes the cake for highest level of perfection. Somebody has totally obsessed over this, getting everything right, down to the smallest detail, as if the fate of the universe depended upon it. If you are at all tech-oriented, you are going to be impressed with the level of detail and sheer amount information they have managed to pack into a few icons on your menu bar. It's of course far more information than you are likely to need, perfectionism is not a game for the practical. Sincerely I like this application. StatsWidget Plus great app! 5 stars and Highly recommendation.
I like the app. What I didn’t like was that they sell the vertical layout (why I bought the app originally) separately. Your basic ($0.99) version gives basically nothing more than what OS X activity monitor offers.
Whenever I run this app, kernel_task bogs down my system and according to Activity Monitor takes up 500-1500% of my CPU. I didn’t even know there was that much CPU to go around!
