Bite Squad for Android

Very very bad customer service from Celyn and “supervisor” Zachary. I had a $10 off coupon. After tipping my total was $11.61. I showed proof that bitesquad kept trying to charge my bank $21.61 instead of the amount it said was my total on the app. I showed proof of all of this and instead they kept making up excuses of how I didn’t have enough in my account I showed them I had the $12 to cover $11.61 total and they kept arguing with me being rude. All because you guys didn’t want to honor my discount? That’s ok lost a future customer which means lost future money. Better hire better customer service reps because grubhub customer service doesn’t do that

I don’t know how anyone uses this app. I entered my credit card data but the screen won’t let me click done so it’s basically useless.

The app has a decent selection… but it will randomly lock you out of your account. Customer service is no help when this happens, so hopefully it won’t happen to you when you’re hungry.

Bunch of scammers they get things wrong and deliver super late and they give u $5 credit and think it’s ok cause u going spend way more than that. Every single time I order no fail always messes up something

It’s really crazy - an order that totaled $75 had “fees” of $12 AND a “booking fee” of $7. None of that goes to the driver (they are transparent about that at least). So $20 in fees, which is 25% of the order cost. That doesn’t even include a tip. Not to mention, at least for the two restaurants I attempted to order from, the prices of each item was a dollar higher (!!!!) than the restaurant’s actual menu. I just went to seamless and got basically the same food for $5 in fees instead of $20… so I guess no big deal, but it was just so unbelievable that I just had to give this feedback.
