Good idea, bad execution

Hate carrying extra cards. Adds bulk. But this app is slow to work or doesn’t work at allwhen trying to unlock any room. If it worked seamlessly like Google pay, no problem. But it works half the time, and even during that half, it is VERY delayed.

It would be even better if you could add an Google Watch app so users could use their watch to open their hotel door.

Worked seamlessly at Lakeway Resort

I never needed a physical key at the hotel I was staying at in Austin. I checked in via the app, received my digital key, skipped the front desk, and went straight to my room. I also used OpenKey to open the pool gate and the workout area without any issues. Did exactly what it said it would.

Everything ain’t for everybody!!

This app is horrible. The hotel couldn’t help me with it. They requested I uninstall then reinstall the app to get it to work and I did that three times the app still never unlocked my room. I waited for them to bring me a key for almost 30 minutes. You’re better off checking in at the front desk.
