تطبق غير فعال وغير مجدي عند تغير موعد الرحله لا يتم تحديثة هل يعقل مع العلم ان التغيير من قبل الشركة الاتحاد، ايضآ عند تقدم ببلاغ مشكله فنية لايتم الرد عليك؟

I love the app. Retrieve booking functionality is not working for longtime. Everytime i try to retrieve retrieve my booking, it displays error saying please call us or speak to your travel agent to view or retrieve your booking. I hope this one resolves soon

I have booked a flight and changed the dates later on but the updated dates won’t appear even though updated the app to a latest version. This application have lot of bugs. Please try to fix the issue.

One of the worst apps I have ever used!!

Your app is. Not intuitive. If I am traveling why do I need to keep putting in my booking id. It keeps taking me to o line site to upload documents and makes me enter the id over and over again. Why do I need the app if that is the case. Customer phone service hard to get. Due to sudden ill health I needed wheelchair and could not get your cs on the phone. Your ground staff in New Delhi was not very helpful. This has been the worst exp I have had in flying. Food was great most of the host staff was good. Btw a lot of popes make a mistake when selecting meals due to insufficient desc. I am a Hindu and expected a Hindu meal to be vegetarian. To my surprise.
