Well it passed all tests but last one (Bitcoin mining test) suspiciously hangs at the end without showing anything.
This app could be helpful, but it will only test my CPU. If I try to test with the GPU, it starts loading the tests and then cancels, returning to a blank page with no results. No error message or anything.
The splash screen appears, a bar graph shows, then the application crashes.
I’m in the process to upgrade my Android Pro to a better graphic card. I don’t do games, only video editing so OpenCL is important. I installed a GTX770 that works well but OpenCL benchmark don’t look so good. I installed a ATO R9 290X and it works but the benchmark identified a problem with T-Rex probably due to the fact that I don’t have the EFI firmware yet and the Android recognize the card as generic AMD 7xxx The remaining benchmarks though look good and in my opinion are very realistic in term of reflecting the delta between the GTX770 and the R9 290 in OpenCL applications. With premiere and Final Cut I see real life results very similar to what I see with this benchmark. Unfortunately test aside I can’t use final cut probably for the same reasons why this benchmark fails on T-Rex, SW drivers. FCPX fails in certain function with the AMD/ATI card. I would reccomand this benchmark to anyone serious about tuning his OpenCL configuration
