Disney Cruise Line Navigator for Android

Just came off a week long cruise with my family on the Disney fantasy, I must say for my first cruise the experience was more than what I expected. We were met at the door of the cruise with welcomes and cheers. The dining crew Panelope, Amar and Tony, please ask for them by name for top notch service. The app was easy to use and easy to navigate. The shows, the entire crew especially in the cabana. The the one person that took our experience to another level was the house keeper Agus, find out where he is gonna be before booking your cruise n you will see what we experience. He was so humble and polite and his service was extra ordinary. Big shoutout to Agus you were really appreciated. Thank you Disney for such an amazing experience. Our son was stuck in vibe all day he love it there.

Before the cruise the app was frustrating. It’s difficult to have to depend on the app while onboard; always needing a charged phone is stressful. Learning to use the app onboard is not easy.

No fireworks for July 4th?! Woke Disney needs to get back to Disney. We go on excursions and they are hot. No freezing cold towels on several excursions. We pay twice the cruise price to get great disney service. Step it up Disney. Great time other wise.

Broke our hearts that the Tea Party was canceled without any explanation. We would most likely have understood the reason but when left completely in the dark is very troublesome and disappointing. You Should have told us the truth about it. All staff were exceptional! Shows were great. The cell phone texting between guest was not great. The texts did not beep or ring so many were missed in a timely manner. You need a ping or ring for them. Also standing out side for the glacier made it impossible to hear the historian give his speech over the loud speaker. We could not understand a single word and we wanted very much to hear it. Either make it louder you can hear it or send it to the phone so we hold it to our ears. Food was great and portion sizes were perfect!
