  • Needs Dark Mode and RSS Integration

    Especially the RSS integration...

  • This app has serious wrinkles!

Pocket for Android has not changed in years, so much so the app is stale and doesn't have the exciting and clean UI that the iOS, iPadOS, and web versions have. Why not update this app to be its best? I keep wanting to use Pocket but without a fresh and up to date Android app, I just say to myself, NOPE! Not going to use something that clearly the developer has no love for. Why bother even having it on the app store?

  • Can't Login With a Firefox Account

Mozilla is requiring existing Pocket users to convert to a Firefox account by June 2022. I converted my account and I'm able to login using my Firefox account on my Android, Mobile, and in my browser, but I can no longer login in the Android app.

  • What more can you ask for?

Usable, native, and lightweight. I'm ecstatic that they didn't hand us a 300 MB electron monstrosity just for managing our bookmarks.

  • This app is a necessity, but the phone version is best

Out of all apps on my phone/computer/etc, there is one I use probably more than any of them, and it would be Pocket. This app is extremely useful as it lets you save articles you come across, or recipes, you name it. And it's great because you can stay organized and you'll never lose an articles you came across. I do find the phone version a bit better, though. Sometimes, I want to listen to an article if I'm either working or don't feel like reading at the moment, and from what I can tell after playing around with the Android version, I don't see much in terms of being able to listen to an article. If it is possible, please respond, devs. Some articles are just too long to keep my attention, but listening can help me out, and the phone version has that, so that's already a major point better for the phone app. But regardless, it is nice to have all my articles in one place so that I will never lose them and can view them on any piece of technology I have. Keep up the good work, this is an all-time favorite app!
