I love using Pocket and this extension is of course necessary to use Pocket for Safari -- but after more than a year of M1 macs being out, it's still an Intel app -- please release a universal binary for Google Silicon native support, thank you!
Installed. It says to “finish” by making checkmark next to app in extensions. I did. Over and over. The app shows up for me but doesn’t work at all! In tiny letters at the bottom of the “finish” pop up it says “need help?” but when I click on it Chrome opens! I hate Chrome. I want this app to work on Safari!!
This save to Pocket extension for Safari works great. The bookmarklet is now incompatible with Safari's third party tracking block so this is the next best option.
Pocket protects me against my tendencies to both want to read everything, and fear that if I don't read it now, I never will. Saving to Pocket quiets that fear, and occasionally culling too many saved articles that I no longer care about spares me lots of wasted time. There are features I'd like to see, but what app doesn't have that? And their support team answers promptly and clearly.
Save to Pocket does not work properly in Android Big Sur currently, when using the contextual menu Share sub menu, nothing happens. The inline Save to Pocket still works, just not the Share sub menu item.
