I do not understand why there are so many bad reviews… I bought my tickets… I got the email to get the boarding passes… Everything was so simple and I saved a bunch of money.

No help

Kept trying to book a flight and it keeps saying “something went wrong try new search or repeat search”. NO ONE online to help and chat with us is useless, because you need a 10 digit booking number to actually talk to agent!? I’m trying to book and I don’t have a booking number!

Check reddit for additional information and horror stories. horrible customer service. Cancelled my flight for no reason and struggling to receive a refund.
