Free Version Loaded - Paid Version Did Not

Looking to recover files after my SSD drive went out on my Android. The free version of this product installed fine and seemed to be scanni9ng my files. However, then a pop up informed me that the Free version only recovered graphic files, not documents. For that I would need the Full Paid version. So I paid my money and downloaded it from their website. It installed fine and “seemed” to open okay. Now it wanted me to enter the license key, which I did. BUT … when I hit the Register button, all I got was a message saying “Invalid Internet Connection”. My internet connection was and is working just fine. I sent them a message a few days ago. NO response. I sent another message this morning. So far, still no response. If they don’t reply today I will have my credit card company charge back the purchase to them.
