nextbike for Android

I used the bikes a handful of times thorough my visit. The bikes aren’t in great shape but it is relatively inexpensive which is nice since there is zero public transport locally. However, one of my returns wasn’t registered and someone else took the bike I rented and put it in an out of zone area and I was charged an extra fee. I was being a good customer and I got fined because their bikes didn’t register the return and lock. I don’t think it is fair to fine your customers when your technology didn’t work. I deleted the app and my account after that. Poor customer service. Would use the other service instead next time I am here.

I’d had several bad experiences with failed attempts to unlock bikes (as well as difficulties returning them) but lately it’s been very easy and painless. I don’t know if it’s better bikes or newer app, but I’m pleased to have them now - especially outside the Ringbahn

My bike spontaneously ended up in the status of returned in the wrong place, the application did not allow me to renew the rental and charged me 20 euros service fee. I wrote and called support, no result. I do not recommend this service if you do not want to lose money.

Highly recommend renting a nextbike and touring around the city! Easy to get around and you will see much more!
