After I ereased my SD card which contains my final project photos, I bought and used this app immediately. As said in other reviews, the newest update of the app worked.
I purchased the software to restore photos stored on a SD card. Knowing what photos and videos I had on the card the software did not detect all the photos or videos. I ran another recovery software which detected way more photos and videos than this software can detect. DO NOT BUY. Customer Service does not reply to any emails. This app should be removed from the app store. I contacted customer support multiple times without any answer. I will open a BBB report and also report this company to the attorney general since they false advertise of what the software can do. Again stay away from this app!!!
If you work for a company that doesn’t allow updates from browsers, this app won’t work. I’ve contacted this company twice and I still haven’t heard back from them. I haven’t been able to use the app and at this point the company has stolen my money. I’m very dissapointed in the lack of service and the fact that the company can’t answer their emails or refund their customers their money when their app doesn’t work as promised, even when screenshots and proof is provided. Don’t buy this app.
Saved 95% of jpegs after double (sic!) SD-card formatting. Thanks a lot! Hope not to use it anymore though-)
For the first time ever, photos that I’d uploaded from my camera’s SD card disappeared. Unfortunately, I’d deleted the photos on the SD card after uploading, so I really thought I’d lost all those lovely images from my vacation. It appears I got them all back. Two photos were incomplete, but the other 600 were perfect. When I first opened the app, I could not see my SD card, but once I installed the updated software, it worked very well. It was a little fluky, crashing once when I’d tried to view some photos that were not coming up, but it worked and was worth it.
