DO NOT Download broken and no support

It won’t access my drives and when I try to email to their support it bounces back. No help, no refunds and no help from Google.

This product is a scam

I paid $60 dollars for this product. I thought I had recoverd my files as the product had told me. Then when I went to acces those “recovered” files. They were only partially recovered and I mean 1.2 MB of a 3GB file. I had this same issue with over 60 different files. I tried to contact customer service via their website which promises a 24 hour response and I received nothing from them after 2 attempts. I would advise not to by this software. Buyer beware.

Part of an arsenal?

I suddenly find I’m in an awkward state where I would LIKE to recover some work by file recovery. This program “saw” the files, but could not convert. I have worked with digital photography and computers in general long enough to know that not every tool will work on every situation. The trick is to gather an arsonal that you employ when you need it. This software didn’t work this time, but it might the next. Logical user layout and straight-ahead progression of tasks are fairly informative while in execution. 3 stars for what I hope it might be.
