TAP Air Portugal for Android

Love the inflight experience, the people who work here and flying TAP. The app is one of the worst ever. Never works. Always errors. Can’t track flights with it.

This app is awful. It’s slow, buggy and very inconsistent. It’s hard to figure out how to make the check-in process work and even harder to add an existing reservation to your account. The app has no tolerance for text errors, takes too long to load and is basically a distraction, rather than being a travelers helper. We all use mobile apps now for travel - this app feels like it was designed five years ago. For such a big air carrier with reasonably good planes, this app is an embarrassment. TAP you can do better.

Apparently they’re not interested in any business because you can’t log into the website on any browser. You can login to the app but then the search function doesn’t work because you can’t select your arrival/departure airports. Completely useless.

This app is worse than any of the low cost airlines I’ve seen, both in Europe and Latam. Honestly, it seemed more effort to come up with something this crappy than not
