It works!
While it didn't cure me 100%, this app really helped make me less anxious and panicky on flights (80% better!). I used it intensively on my first few times, and now I use it a few times before each flight. If you have a fear of flying, definitely try it!! I was so skeptical, but it did indeed help significantly.
