Horrible Experience!!!!!!

This site will not accept my Asiana membership number, my password, nor my ID number despite me having screen shots of this information when I joined in September 2022 and flew from Seoul to LAX on 10/14/22. I HAD A GREAT FLIGHT . . . BUT, GOOD GRIEF, THIS SITE IS VERY SHODDY AT BEST . . . AND THAT IS BEING VERY GENEROUS AND KIND. I was only able to book this flight as a guest! What a horrible experience.

Terrible booking experience

The entire booking flow is in a modal. I spent about 30min entering all my info, seat selections, and a bunch of confirmations, my phone slipped and I accidentally touched the X on top right corner and it closed out the entire thing without asking for any confirmation! Worse is when I restarted the seat I selected is now unavailable! I’m going on Expedia to book, screw this tine wasting app
