How’s Uber n Lyft a multi billion company yet the feel so entitled to rob their company drivers? LAX passenger pays 165$ Uber compensates the driver 95$ ? I’m wonder is the CEO of Uber driving the customer to LAX? N for the people saying cheap n affordable rides… just knw u r also adding to the problems regarding Uber corruption!!!

Today took a ride with uber went pretty far from home. When i bought what I wanted I tried to get a ride from uber but the app glitched and wasn’t letting me order a ride back because of a “billing issue”. I tried changing my payment option but everything was correct so I eventually had to set up lyft and finally got home. 2 year later update: the first issue this week was a driver got very lost and we had to stop and look up directions because he didn’t trust his gps anymore so I was late for an appointment. The second I missed a doctors appointment because my rides kept getting cancelled. One after another at least 5 accepted and then declined. Used to be able to trust this app. But now I don’t trust it at all. It’s gotten me in more trouble than it has helped.

Oftentimes when you book a ride, the driver will not move from their current location because they want another rider. You have no choice in this situation but to cancel the trip and be charged a $6 cancellation fee. It is currently impossible to recover this cancellation fee because when you try to do so, the app does not allow you to select and proceed with the trip in question. When you try to dispute it on Uber’s website, you are always led to an error 404 page.

This app steals peoples money. I used to love using Uber, they always had very affordable rides, not really sure why that changed, the prices are absolutely ridiculous. $37 for a twelve minute drive?? It never used to be like that, incredibly disappointed. I won’t be using this app again.

Uber’s map doesn’t show my street (Google maps, Lyft, and Waze all show it correctly and the street is not new) so drivers never come to the right place to pick me up, and people visiting get dropped off at the wrong spot. I’ve been contacting Uber support for months and all I get is that they will investigate and see “if there is a problem”, as though maybe I’m the one that’s wrong about where I live. They promise me responses and I never hear back. Absolutely appalling support
