Southwest Airlines for Android

I just spent a couple hours trying to check in. I didn’t realize that the confirmation number will never have a one within it. It looked like a one to me, but it was a capital I. Oh, and that’s not a zero that you see within the confirmation number it’s the letter O. Very unclear!

I’ve always had great experiences flying on SWA. Keep doing what you do! Changing flights is so easy and sometimes you need that!

Thanks to Southwest for keeping our family ties… I fly with Southwest for its efficient on time departures and arrivals. The employees are friendly and kindhearted and making flying a pleasure. Southwest is the best.

The app is okay. My biggest gripe with this app is every single time I go to checkin in for a flight (I set reminders before checkin) once checkin is available the app will tell me it is unable to retrieve my itinerary. This unfortunately causes a delay in the checkin process ultimately resulting in a not so great boarding position. For someone who flys frequently this becomes a headache.
