I was an active user of the previous app but the new increased prices make mid sized journeys (30-45mins) about twice as expensive. At that point i’ll just walk or drive instead. The UX remains as poor as before which wouldn’t bother me if the economics made sense. Hope you reconsider your pricing - I don’t mind a €1 minimum charge per trip but don’t tack that on in addition to the per minute charge. Just use the per minute charge and if it adds up to less than €1, then it costs €1.

How about reverting to QR codes again. It was a robust and simple system 3) a lot of bikes in my area are simply not working, no matter updated or not
