Princess MedallionClass for Android

To me, an important value to an app like this is to investigate options - dining, excursions, entertainment, airfare - to book some important things in advance and to generally be better prepared when the cruise actually starts. Unlike the other 3 cruise line apps I use, none of that can be done with Princess's useless app. I can't even see sample menus for the specialty restaurants (like I can online) nor can I see the Port Guides before I'm on board. By then, I'll have already booked excursions through (customer friendly) third party suppliers. A final complaint: I'm a really tech savvy person, but this app presents links that are truly difficult to decipher and incredibly non-intuitive overall.

Fun and intuitive, as well as helping gets ducks in a row as cruise date draws close.

I saw this was fixed a week ago but I’ve tried 2 times to upload my vaccine card and it gives me a white screen. I deleted app and started over each time

I booked our first cruise with princess and am looking forward to using the app on the ship, but hope they make some upgrades to the app before then. My main complaint is that when exploring the deck plans of the ship, you can’t zoom in and out. And sometimes it will glitch and zoom way out, not allowing you to see anything. You have to close the app and reopen to see the close up version of the deck plans.

The idea behind the app is great, but it refuses to load 99% of the time so it’s essentially worthless
