I’ve rented multiple times and you never know when the bike will simply turn itself off. They have a ‘feature’ which disables the bike for a host reasons but the rider has no idea when or why it might happen. The bike will basically be unridable from one moment to the next. I’m sure they will have legal problems about this because it’s a huge safety issue and simply not providing the service promised. If the bikes would simply work as promised and not turn off arbitrarily it would be a good service.

Got charged 12 euro because i engaged the bike lock in a nonparking zone. It makes you lock the bike before teling you if the zone is no parking. So then it asks you to move the bike but you cant anymore because you cant disengage the lock. Yet it still expects you to move it. Then it just runs a vlcok down on you for 30 min with no riding and then charges you a relocation fee. Criminal. Im fine moving the bike, just dont prevent me from doing so.

The app blocks the scooter on most places in the city. Can’t go anywhere and you have to find their designated parking spaces that are very spread out. Avoid.

I was so excited to try and use one of the scooters and bicycles. but unfortunately I can’t even get the app to take any of my cards. IT please get on it and make it so accepts more cards.

I have and invoice in the app for the trip I did of €8,71, that’s correct , but now I checked my bank account and I have that expense and another one for €5,21 and is not relocation fee or damage or anything. And custom support it’s not answering for 45 min now and counting Edit: 11 hs to respond and they respond with a pre written answer with out reading the messages and the mistake they made.
